Our objective is to provide you with an easy online service to help answer your questions.  We know how important it is to make the best possible decisions when it come to the health and wellbeing of you pets - after all we are pet parents too!

If you are conflicted about a holistic approach to your pets health or want a second opinion Dr. Cook can help!

HOW DOES AN ONLINE CONSULTATION WORK? +

Have you taken your pet to the vet and have been told what is wrong, but the condition and treatments weren’t explained clearly? How serious is the condition? What’s can you do to help you cat or dog? What treatment options do you have? Consultations provided by Dr. Cook will be detailed and informative, including follow-up correspondence when needed. Dr. Cook has been practicing integrative veterinary medicine for over 15 years and has seen many pets throughout the years. Our Online Veterinary Consultation is not intended to replace a traditional appointment with a veterinarian and a complete physical exam. This service is only meant to be informative and supplemental.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR AN ONLINE CONSULT? +

Once you purchase the Online Veterinary Consultation Service, you will prompted to a set of forms. Please be as detailed as possible to help Dr. Cook thoroughly answer your questions. The more information you provide the better and easier it is for Dr. Cook to help you!

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE WITH THE ONLINE VETERINARY CONSULTION? +

Dr. Cook will address your concerns based on the information provided by you. Once you’ve entered all the information pertaining to your pet’s conditions, Dr. Cook will review your case and respond within 2 to 3 business days. You will also be able to ask a follow-up question to ensure you completely understand the doctor’s recommendations. Consultations include second opinions, general questions about holistic and integrative medicine, herbal and natural supplements, dietary health, holistic and natural approaches to treatment for disease. We hope you find this service beneficial.
