Shipped directly from our Utah warehouse.
No import tariffs, duties, or customs fees for U.S. customers.

Canadian Orders

Prepared and shipped from our Vancouver, Canada facility.
Faster delivery for Canadian pet parents.

Europe, Asia, Oceania & Africa

International orders are shipped from our Vancouver, Canada, facility. All important paperwork will be in your package, uploaded to the courier, and emailed to you.
International customers may be responsible for local duties or customs fees, depending on your country's regulations.

When Your Order Ships

We work hard to get your pet's wellness essentials out the door quickly.

Orders placed before 8:30 a.m. PST (depending on carrier pickup times) ship the same business day.
Orders placed after the cutoff ship on the next business day.
We do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays - these orders ship the next business day.
