Most dogs are busy animals prone to paw injuries including bruising, sprains, cuts, wounds, and infections. Signs of injury are easy to spot and include obvious pain, limping, red and swollen pads, and a general reluctance to walk or run. Heal Care Ointment is a topical ointment designed to soothe and heal injured paws.
How to AdministerTopical ointment: Clean and dry paw pads. Apply to affected area 3 to 4 times per day until healed. It may be necessary to use booties or wrap the paw with gauze dressing so that your pet does not lick the ointment.
CautionDo not apply on open or bleeding wounds. Heal Care ointment contains arnica which may cause a skin allergy on some very sensitive pet’s. Try the product on a hairless part of the body first to test for sensitivity
Arnica – Relieves pain and inflammation, clears fungal and bacterial infections, and stimulates the immune system.St. John’s Wort – Reduces inflammation, promotes healing, and acts as an antiseptic and analgesic.

My short legged Jack Russell Terrier had a sore between her toes plus her pads were taking strain from the city streets. This was causing her to limp and she was in a lot of pain. I used this ointment for both ailments and in a few days her paws looked much better plus she is no longer limping. This is a miracle product that works quickly and effectively. I would definitely recommend using it daily to maintain the condition of your dogs pads especially if they are outdoors a lot. My dog now enjoys her nightly application of the ointment as it is soothing and comforting. *

My dog Vince is sometimes a bit too "gung ho" for his own good. The second I let him off leash, he takes off in frantic exploration, paying no attention to potential dangers. Several times now, he's stepped on sharp objects and hurt his paws. I tried some Heal-Care last time, and it truly did wonders for him. Not only did it seem to relieve the pain, but his paws healed very quickly too. I'm going to keep a supply ready… for the next time! *

As Spike gets older, I find his paws are getting more dry and cracked. Heal-Care helps a lot though. I rub a bit into his paws every couple of days and he seems to love it *
