What will happen if my dog licks this ointment from his skin?
All Clear Ointment contains only natural ingredients. If your pup happens to lick it, it is completely safe.
Can I combine this cream with other medicinal creams I received from the vet and mix them together?
We do not recommend mixing All Clear with prescription ointments. If using both, try to wait a few hours in between applications.
My dog has parasites, if I apply the ointment directly with my hands is it possible they will transfer to me?
Many parasites that infect pets are species specific, meaning they won't transfer to humans. However mites like sarcoptes are transferable to humans. Ringworm can also be transferred to humans from contact, however it is not a parasite, it is a fungus. If you aren't sure, it's always best to apply All Clear with a clean gauze or cotton swab or wear gloves to apply.
Does the All Clear Ointment make it easier to remove the ticks from my dog?
All Clear ointment does not have any effect on ticks. Ticks should be removed carefully to ensure that no parts are left behind. If you are uncomfortable removing a tick, your vet will be happy to assist you.
