Chamomile – Contains sedative properties.

Valerian – Stops heart palpitations, relaxes spasms, relieves pain, and regulates the nervous system.
Hops – Eases tension and anxiety in pets.
Dosage
For birds: 1 drop per two pounds twice a day
How to Administer
Shake well before use. The easiest method is to use the dropper provide and place the drops into your bird's favorite treat. You can also use the dropper and squirt directly into the bird’s mouth.
For Best Results
Herbal dietary supplements are beneficial to the health and wellbeing of your pet and are safe for long-term use. Every pet responds to natural herbal supplements differently, therefore it is important to be consistent and administer the product daily. Supplements generally take two to four weeks to take effect, however this will vary from one animal to the next.

How can you tell if a bird is stressed?
Excessive vocalization on decrease in vocalization may be a sign of stress in birds. Only you know what is normal for your feather friend, so if they are normally vocal and suddenly, they are not singing anymore, they may be stressed. The same if the opposite occurs. Also, feather picking, self mutilation, screaming, decreased appetite and biting.
Can birds die of stress?
Make sure you know how to recognize the signs of stress your bird is trying to tell you, as stress can literally kill your friend. Super stressed birds will stop eating and have their immune system compromised. Once their immune system is weak, it is easier to get infections and other serious diseases.
Can birds live with other pets?
The answer to this will always depend on your bird and the other pet. Dogs and cats are naturally predatory creatures, and most will try to hunt and catch birds. Some, however, will not care for the presence of the bird. On the other side, some birds can be curious about other household pets, whereas other will be afraid and stressed. Once again, you need to know how to recognize the signs your birds (and other household pets) are showing.
