Monkey's Collapsed Trachea

"My veterinarian diagnosed my dog with a collapsing trachea and a cough. She also said he had to reverse sneeze which is very scary. He has elevated liver levels and I did not want to put strong medication. I was looking for a holistic natural remedy. My little boy, Monkey is 14 1/2 years old.
